We worked with Ecological Mechanical on the renovation of approximately 40,000 sqft of office space on the 11th and 12th floor of 40 King St. West in downtown Toronto. This project involved demolition of the mechanical systems on both floors and redistribution to serve the new renovated spaces for Scotiabank.
This project involved challenges with construction timelines, unforeseen site conditions due to unavailable as-built information, and long lead equipment timelines due to the Covid Pandemic. It was apparent early on in construction at 40 King St. West that Ecological Mechanical strives to build strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
This paired with their excellent communication as challenges arose allowed the team to make quick decisions to keep the project moving forward resulting in a successful project outcome.
