Our team provided a full mechanical fit-out for their Building “A” Expansion project; bringing the 34,000 square foot building back to base-building, and performing a complete renovation.

The project entailed installing LEED compliant air distribution, domestic water distribution, a new 25+ fixture AODA washroom and shower facility, thirteen new package rooftop units complete with standalone controls, makeup air & exhaust solutions, exposed satin spiral ductwork, and more.
