Self Stor is an award-winning Canadian owned storage company with multiple locations across the GTA. They provide storage solutions for a variety of things such as vehicles, airport cargo, and sensitive documents, for both business and personal use.

Their four-story North York expansion project included the addition of 100+ units both climate-controlled and standard. Ecological provided a full mechanical package service, from the ground up.

The project included air and water distribution to all required units/spaces and employee/customer facilities, new building services, the addition of four new natural gas fueled rooftop units, installation of new exterior catch-basins, storm water treatment, sanitary waste city tie-in, and more.
