NYCL is one of only two “Research and Reference” libraries located in the city of Toronto. The library offers public use of its auditorium, large meeting rooms, quiet study rooms, and 115 workstations open to the public.

During their most recent renovation, Ecological provided mechanical upgrades to the HVAC, BAS controls, and plumbing and drainage systems throughout the entirety of the six-floor institution.

This project included the installation of 100+ new VAV’s complete with associated BAS integrated controls, sheet metal & ductwork additions, AODA compliant drinking water and washroom facility solutions, and more.
